My friends are looking to move to Highland Park because they love the green space and neighborhood feel. Does anyone have recommendations for landlords in the neighborhood? Or are you moving out of an apartment this summer that you would recommend? My friends are married and attend grad school at Pitt. They are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom with hardwood floors for under $1,100/month.
