This year is the 5th Annual Steel City Big Pour. You may have heard that tickets for this event sold out real fast- Nearly 3,000 tickets sold in 7 minutes! The reason the event sells out so quickly is because its really fun, and features great craft beer from 42 breweries, great local food from 24 establishments, and a whole bunch of art and music. It takes place within the confines of Construction Junction and serves as the annual fundraiser for CJ. It helps support CJ's mission of promoting conservation through the reuse of building materials. Check it out: http://www.constructionjunction.org/pages/bigpour If you are interested in getting tickets, we will have 2 sets of tickets this Saturday at the Farmers Market Cooperative of East Liberty. We will raffle off one set, and the other set will go to the highest bidder. The raffle\auction will be conducted from 7 am until noon, and will take place at the Kew Park Coffee Bar. These tickets can be used for either the afternoon session (12 noon to 3) or the evening session (5 to 8). The event is Saturday Septembeer 10th.
