Please join me for a walk in Highland Park on Saturday, November 5, 2005 (yes, that's this Saturday!) starting at 10:30 am at the fountain (Highland Avenue entrance to the park) and ending at around noon. I would like to take us down the new combined hiking/biking trail if you're interested. Keep an eye on the weather report: it might be rainy or cold so dress appropriately. And please note that the time published in the Parks Conservancy newsletter is wrong: we'll definitely be starting the walk at 10:30 am. This walk is the first of the monthly "Walks in the Woods" series in the four major Pittsburgh parks scheduled until the weekly ones continue in May.
