Focus on basic wushu training, improving speed, flexibility, and strength. Core movements include kicks, punches, throws, and grips. Each class lasts 50 minutes. *Beginning Tai chi/Taiji: *Warmup and stretching with health Qigong, Tai Chi standing, walking, 8 methods and 5 steps, 24 forms, 32 straight sword forms, and 36 Tai Chi Fan forms for Adult Students 18+ at any skill level.
