Hi all, My five-month-old son's part-time caregiver, Bethany Phillips, is seeking another family to work some supplemental hours for. Her ideal situation is a family who needs care on weekdays sometime between 3-6pm, hopefully with a child who is younger than school age (but older kids are not a dealbreaker). Bethany is an incredibly loving and patient caregiver, and is really attached to the kids she watches. She's formed a real bond with my son in the months she's worked with us. She has experience with babywearing (Ergo and Moby wrap) and cloth diapering, and is very responsive and professional to work with.
