Our gorgeous Main Coon / Tabby Cat mix is looking for a new home! She is female, long haired, indoor, declawed, 4-years-old, spayed. "Joaquin," as we call her, has an independent attitude. She warms up quickly to some people, but is more cautious with others. Generally, she is pretty skittish and likes being on her own. If she trusts you she will purr loudly and head but you and will welcome being petted and scratched on the chin and on the back. Just don't try to pick her up! We are in no rush to have Joaquin leave us, but hope to find someone who is the right fit in the near future. We just had our first baby and our house is just getting too full and too furry. Since the baby arrived, the cats just really are not getting as much attention as they deserve. We would love to see them go somewhere where they can be loved and cuddled as much as they need to be!
