Is it me or has the intensity of barking dogs increased lately? The Heberton area between Jackson and Wellesley seems especially noisy. Isn't there an ordinance about barking dogs? Don't you hear your own dog yelping and barking and carrying on for what seems like hours? Come on, neighbors, do something to keep your dogs quiet.
