Hi, Two guys knock on my door and pretend they are from Duquesne Light Company and said that Duquesne is issuing a rebate to customers and I suppose to give them a copy of my bill for that "rebate". When I ask him for a badge they show me one from First Energy, and when I asked why is not from Duquesne Light, they said is an affiliate, and keep insisting that they represent Duquesne Light. My thinking is that they use the copy of the bill to change the energy provider to maybe an more expensive/ or bind you in a long contract with cancellation fees. The guys where aggressive when I refused to give them the info. I notified Duquesne Light Company also. Alin
