Hello, neighbors! This week's gardening class will be on weed identification and control. We meet on Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8:30. If you have any particular weeds you'd like to know more about, please email me pics BEFORE 1:00 Wednesday afternoon and I will do my best to ID them (if you don't already know what they are) and look into some control methods. Classes are $10/person, but I offer them at no cost for those on a fixed income/assistance. Upcoming classes (exact order not yet set) include: transplanting, insect & disease management, beneficial insects/pollinators, propagation through division, layering & grafting, a repeat of the class on soil, fertilization & irrigation, and trellis/support structures.
