I think I responded to your nextdoor post. We interviewed and got quotes from over 10 plumbers and Matt Mertz was clearly the most competent. When I called them back to say I really preferred their service but their quote was mid-range, they asked for proof of my lowest quote and matched it. And what I tell people whenever I recommend him is "get a couple of quotes, but make sure Terry is one of them" and from there, you can decide who you feel comfortable with. I had a friend who used Terry recently for a sewer situation, and he said Terry actually said one of the other quotes was recommending work that wasn't necessary, and ended up saving my buddy a lot of money.
