Thanks to everyone who responded to my quest for information about this new service. The consensus of opinion - almost 100% - is that installation goes smoothly and the service is great. One person did report that h/she was lied to by Verizon. I've had this experience myself with Verizon Wireless. Caution is necessary everywhere and all the time, these days. Janna Eversmeyer
