Several people have asked to add other trades to the list. The last question of the survey allows you to enter your requests. You may also use that space to enter the contact info for trades not included in the survey. I have received recommendations for carpenters and landscapers so far; I encourage you to continue adding more. If you have already filled out the survey, you can do it again and just fill in the last question to add more tradespersons. I also had a question about negative recommendations. If you have had a bad experience, you can add it to the final question of the survey, as well. While I am not anxious to make a public list of unreliable companies, I would be happy to keep that type of information on hand. Then, if you are contemplating a particular company, you can send me an email and I can let you know if anyone has reported a negative experience.
