On my run this morning, I was approached by a little sandy and white dog...chihuahua sized. He looked to have a collar but as I tried to approach, he ran off. Was at the corner of Jackson and Sheridan, 8:05AM. Dog headed down Sheridan toward East Liberty. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Sent from my iPhone
