I am tired of paying $100 every year to have a technician from Thermo Twin come get my windows to close and latch. Is there anyone in the neighborhood who knows enough about windows to teach me how to do whatever adjustments they are doing for me every year? I’m mechanically savvy enough to follow instructions, just don’t know enough about the mechanism of double hung windows! I’ll happily pay you what I would have given them if you’ll teach me.
