Hi Neighbors! Happy New Year. I just saw an older male jack russell terrier wandering around the area of Jackson and Sheridan streets. I couldn't do anything because I had both of my dogs with me and he was being aggressive towards them. I didn't want him to try to pick a fight with two dogs that both outweigh him by over 100lbs. So, I just told him to go home until he started walking up the hill on Sheridan. He was wearing a collar with a blue tag on it. I hope he gets home safely!! Olga
