My kids go to an independent school --Pittsburgh Urban Christian School (K-8 www.pucs.org). It's been great--small class sizes, highly creative learning with integrated units, and it fosters team building, critical thinking and joy. Even middle schoolers treat each other with love and respect!They're having an open house this Wednesday night, March 7 at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. (You can always go in for a tour at a time that is convenient for you.)
