Dear Highland Park Friends, This Saturday in the Schenley Plaza in Oakland from 11 a.m. - Noon, there will be a rally for Public Education. The rally is just one hour, but it will be powerful. TV, newspapers, and radio will be there. We are hoping to get as many people, from all walks of life, at the plaza. We are there to show Harrisburg education funding needs to be restored to our public schools and universities. When public education suffers property values go down! Neighborhoods suffer! Even if your children go to private school, you have a stake. Even if you have no children, you have a stake. People from schools and school districts all over Western Pennsylvania are coming.
