A contractor working on Hampton stopped by to see about doing some work for me - pointed out something we needed to have done, he offered a free estimate but would only do it if my husband were here - I said I would be making the decision and he said they only present to all homeowners - so I canceled the estimate. Concerned me because a lot of women living alone in our neighborhood, and this is a way to find out who they are - may be innocent but not acceptab le. Lee
