Good morning, The land bank reform bill is stalled jn city council due, somewhat, to our council person’s stalling on-the legislation. Our area has one of the two lowest amounts of land owned by the city but for some reason she will not vote for the reform. As you can see in the article she did not respond to the PG’s request for comment, so we don’t even know why she is stalling this reform. In my opinion, this reform is a long time Coming in trying to get rid of city blight and allow the land to be rehabilitated and made useful again. Write or call Deb Gross’s office and weigh in on this matter please. It is unlikely that she will respond or change her vote unless her constituents make it known she needs to vote for reform because we want to help the LandBank actually work.
