Enjoy the lovely Highland Park neighborhood at a fraction of the price during the summer months. You will be located in a safe neighborhood with wonderful and quiet neighbors. Highland Park and the zoo are at your doorstep. The house is two stories high, the bottom floor contains a spacious living room, dining room area, and kitchen. The basement holds plenty of storage space (washer and dryer included). The top floor has two bedrooms, you would be situated in the one that is slightly larger. The room comes with a bed, a comfortable window-seat, a padded bench at the foot of the bed, desk, closet, and bedside tables (you can also rearrange or remove the furniture if needed). There is a large window that overlooks the garden area, which has an outdoor picnic table and chairs. A bright study with a long futon couch looks out to Highland Park. The front porch is spacious and comes equipped with a grill. Bathroom, kitchen, and study are shared with a lovely, quiet, and clean roommate. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an air conditioner in the basement if you need it. You would be responsible for the rent and ½ of the utility bills (amounting to ~$125/roommate, and includes electric, gas, and high-speed internet). 2-4 minute walking distance to bus lines 71A/B. Plenty of street parking space.
