Hi neighbors! I'm looking for a dressmaker or seamstress in the area to alter and partially remake a wedding dress for me. It is fairly simple (no tulle or beading...just JCrew sheath dress). Who would you recommend? Affordability is always a plus, but as I got the dress itself rather cheaply, finding someone who's very good at what they do is priority.
