For Sale: These items are from a smoke free house but I do have small dogs who do not sit on the furniture without a slip cover and/or cover on them, and the previous owner had cats. I have to replace the loveseat since my husband feels it is just too big for my living room so I am selling the whole set which includes a couch/sofa, loveseat and chair for $350 or $300 if purchasing and they are picked up between Wednesday, July 14 and Saturday, July 17, 2010. * Sofa/couch with curved front, approximately 88" x 38" (LxW); in good condition with wear described below. * Loveseat with curved front, approximately 65" x 38" (LxW); in good condition with wear described below. * Chair, approximately 44" x 38" (LxW); in fair/good condition. These have a great style with really nice fabric that is a beautiful golden/beige background with maroon, green and darker blue floral design and both the couch/sofa and the loveseat have a curved front design. The sofa/couch and loveseat are in good condition but do have wear since the previous owner had cats and there are some snags and damage to the fabric, mostly on the side near the bottom, so it is not too noticeable; the chair has a little bit more wear from the cats. All the furniture is located in Avalon 15202 and can be picked up almost anytime, though hopefully within the next week since there is not enough room right now in our house for all of it.
