about two months ago I researched gas rates. I had been with Eq. Gas for both gas and distribution, and it looked like Dominion had lower rates. So I switched to Dominion. Now my gas bill has gone up! by $30/mo budget I called EG which is still the mandatory distributor, and they said their rates were lower now. It's hard to go back and forth like that. Dominion will lock in your rate, whereas EG fluctuates with the market. Any ideas about this issue? Irina
