Neighbors, Good news! The little dog we found wandering in the 1100 block of Heberton has been returned to her owner!! The owner called the Animal Rescue League in the morning and they connected us even before I could take her down there to be scanned.....and yes, she DID have a microchip!! The pup's name is Roxy and she is about 2 years old. What a relief that this ended with a happy reunion. Martha Schaefer
