Hello! Our printer has stopped working. We’ve tried cleaning the printer heads, but it won’t print and we’re not sure why. Does anyone have experience working with fixing printers or any recommendations? Next step, unfortunately, is to buy a new one. Thought it was worth trying posting for help first. Thanks! Sarah
