Spring is here so must spring cleaning be there? Earth Day is 4/22 so I thought I’d do my share to save this planet. (Seriously, we only have a few years to turn this baby around). Recycling and DIY! 💜 Last minute decision to paint oak cabinets as a weekend project. Since the kitchen is on the smaller side, 9 cabinets and 5 drawers, I thought why not see if somebody has any leftovers taking up space. After doing a bit of research the following items (on the newer side) required are: 1. Liquid sandpaper/deglosser 2. Primer - recommended is Zins Bins or Kilz 3. Shellac 4. High quality alkyd or oil (Whitish, Blackish, or darker Blue-ish) Happy Spring, Lucy
