Neighbors, this is a really powerful Maytag window A/C with thermostat selling for $200 o/b/o. We used it to cool our entire first floor (with some fans for air circulation). We decided to install central air so that’s why we are selling this. It works fine & has never had any issues. Comes w/ remote control. Please email if interested.
