PWSA WILL BE REPAIRING A 15-INCH SEWER ON COLLINS AVENUE IN EAST LIBERTY Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will be repairing a 15-inch sewer on Collins Avenue from Jackson Street to Dellman Way in East Liberty. The PWSA contractor will begin work tomorrow, October 14, 2014, at 7:00am and work is expected to be completed by Wednesday evening, October 15, 2014. PWSA does not anticipate any impact on water service.
