Allison Haley ******************************** For sale is a two piece sectional sofa. The sofas were purchased approximately three and a half years ago at Marlo Furniture in Rockville, MD. They come from a smoke free home (although we do have two dogs) and moved with us from Washington, DC back to Pittsburgh. Sofas were professionally cleaned by Eco Clean Technologies on 6/12 before being put away for storage. This is the perfect sectional for your game/rec room, kids play room or spare/guest room as they can easily sleep adults. The sofas (one sofa and one left-hand chaise) are upholstered in a light beige microfiber that can be easily spot cleaned or cleaned more extensively with an upholstery cleaning machine (we would use our Bissell Little Green Machine to surface clean the couches). Cushions and upholstery are all fixed to the sofa. Wooden legs are removable. Cushions are 'overstuffed' and very comfortable. Condition: both sofas show some wear/slight damage and staining from moving. The bottom fabric on the underside of both sofas has some small tears (put there by us to access the stray remote control or cell phone). The back corner of the sofa piece has some wear that has revealed the frame. There is staining on the lowest middle portion of the chaise from moving and storage. Otherwise these are in solid shape. Approximate dimensions (with legs attached) are below. Note: sofas are a bit bigger due to overhanging cushions but not by any great margin.
