We are looking to rent out the second floor apartment in our multi-unit home, located on the border of East Liberty and Highland Park. We are the owners of the building and live on the first floor.

The home has a shared common area and large staircase leading up to a secure second floor apartment entrance. The apartment has large windows and tons of natural light. The two bedrooms each have decorative fireplaces and large, lit closets. The large kitchen is equipped with two (yes two) microwaves, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of storage and room enough for a kitchen table. The apartment also features plenty of off-street parking, on-site shared laundry and a large backyard. We are asking $1050 / month (Tenant pays gas and electric) and have a very flexible start date - Available as soon as June 13th or after.
