My neighbors told me in mid August that Cafe Brugge from Pt. Breeze is planning a restaurant in the old Costa Drapery bldg. (as you go down Bryant from Highland, it is on the left where the whole bldg is being rennovated). I phoned them to say "great," we really would love this and thought the neighborhood would support it. They said it all depends on the financials.
