The previous owners of our home left an electric lift chair when the house was sold. The upholstery needs to be cleaned but it is in otherwise fine shape. I tested it and it does work with power assist to both lift and recline. The power assist requires electricity from a 110V receptacle. The chair is similar to a La-z-boy reclining chair. Also available is about 25 feet of cyclone fence and supports. There is some rust at the bottom of the chain link but it is not rotting through.
