A few days ago we noted a steam cloud from the sewer work at Jackson and North Euclid, which the wind directed towards our house. We immediately experienced the sickly sweet smell of styrene(?) filling our house. We had to run our air purifier and furnace filtration systems for a while to get rid of it. People in the neighborhood should be aware of this possibility--the notice from PWSA does not mention it, only the potential for a smell from the sewer line itself, if water traps are not properly filled. Hopefully, no one is allergic to this stuff. Richard Krepski
