ADVOCATING CONSTRUCTIVE DEBATE Patrick Dowd will be speaking at the Union Project cafe this Thursday, September 21st. Everyone is welcome and invited to arrive at 5:30 PM. The program hosted by the Kiwanis Club of East Liberty will begin at 5:45 PM. Patrick was elected to the Pittsburgh Board of Education in 2003 and is committed to meeting the challenges of education reform. He resides in Highland Park with his wife Leslie (Lannie) and their five children. Their three oldest children attend Pittsburgh Public Schools.
