Hey neighbors! This week's class is called "How Does Your Garden Grow?" We'll learn about the horticultural vocabulary in catalogs, on seed packets, etc. (heirloom, GMO, open-pollinated, annual, perennial, hybrid, graft, etc) and discuss how knowing what it all means will help to you to make better decisions for the environment, your pocket book, your calendar and your sanity! The cost is $10/person (cash, check or credit), but there's a 10% discount if you're in a garden club or pay for 5 or more classes at one time. Classes are free for anyone on a fixed income or any type of assistance. Basically: don't let the cost keep you from attending. The class meets on Wednesday evening, 6:30-8:30 pm. Please contact me for location. Thanks everyone! Rachel 412-251-9759
