Hi all, I just had a great experience using Charlie Martin of James W Martin & Sons, Inc. I had some problems with chimneys not venting properly and had a few scary estimates. I called Charlie (he's the fourth generation in this business so he knows old houses). Not only was he pleasant and prompt, but he took care of the problem for a fraction of what I was told it would cost. His guys were great-even fixed a loose lock on my front door just because it was loose! I would love to see these guys get some work around Highland Park-they were just terrific! Paula Flaherty
