I seem to recall a note in one of the HPCC newsletters about where to recycle “difficult” items, such as candy or potato chip wrappers and diverse types of plastic. Just prior to or at the beginning of COVID, I think. Of course, I can’t find the issue anywhere in my computer or email. Does anyone know how to go about recycling those items or can send me the HPCC newsletter issue in question? Thanks! Mayte Sáenz
