Hi! We harvested a big basket of sunchokes while cleaning up our garden this weekend, free for anyone who is interested! (https://www.cookinglight.com/food/in-season/what-are-sunchokes) Not only are they food, they also produce really tall charming yellow flowers that bloom in the fall (sunflower - esque). We haven't cleaned up our patch in our alley yet, so if you have space that you'd like some very tall flowers for next year,we can make sure to dig up some more intact roots for planting. -- Grace P.
