PWSA AND A PRIVATE CONTRACTOR WILL REPLACE THREE WATER VALVES ON PENN AVENUE IN THE EAST END Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will replace one 20-inch water valve and a private contractor will replace two 20-inch water valves on Penn Avenue in the East End. The PWSA contractor and the private contractor will be working TONIGHT, Monday, June 22, 2015 from 7:00 pm until Tuesday morning, June 23, 2015 at 9:00 am (14 hours overnight). The following customers will have NO WATER service during that time and are being notified in person and by robo call: * Penn Avenue (Station Street - Bakery Square Boulevard) * East Liberty Boulevard (Penn Avenue - East Busway) Traffic control personnel will be on-site to maintain traffic.
