Hi, Many of you know that my husband and I foster Cairn Terriers (TOTO dogs)  for CairnRescueUSA.  We will be needing several foster homes for dogs being released from puppymills.  Fostering is such a rewarding experience and the mill dogs are a joy to watch as they learn and grow.  That is not to say that fostering is easy but each foster home is assigned a mentor who will help you with any questions or issues.  You would not be alone. If you think you might be interested please email me and we can talk about it further.  If we don't have any foster homes for these dogs being released there is truly no telling what might happen to them.  We know that puppymill owners are not the kindest or most compassionate toward their animals.
