Anybody know who owns the Red Dodge Durango that has been parked in front of my house for the past two weeks? It hasnt been moved at all & has Oakland resident stickers in the windows. License plate number is KTZ2941. I phoned the city about it, & they said nothing can be done unless the tags are expired. Then, it can be considered an abandoned vehicle. -- Sent from Gmail Mobile
