I work in software development and WFH most days during the week. I’m happy to pay for/chip in for internet as I need it for work. Prefer to be closer to the East side of pgh and the surrounding areas, but would be willing to live elsewhere if the price and location are worth it. Parking is needed, though street parking within a couple blocks is fine. I would love to have access to an outdoor area where I could put potted plants/trees. Washer/Dryer in building/unit preferred but not required. I don’t have pets but I have no issues if they’re on the premises.- Marc
