There is a lost dog wandering down Negley Avenue towards Highland Park, I last saw it between Margaretta and Black street. It is wearing a cone, medium sized, brown/tan. I tried to stop it but it was not wearing a collar and got away from me. Just in case it is anyone’s dog- it is wearing a cone so won’t be able to eat or drink anything so hopefully it is returned to its owners soon!
