I was told to make sure to get a case or reference # when you call 311. Sometimes you have to ask for it. If you file a complaint online, I am not sure how you get the #. When you do, call Patrick Dowd's and Jim Ferlo's offices and give them the case # so it can be referred to. That way a more substantial case can be made.
