At the risk of sounding redundant I would also like to recommend Albert Huntermark for plumbing needs. I hired him because of a recommendation from this list serve and he did not disappoint. Another plumber wanted to break into walls and floors to fix a broken pipe but thank heavens Albert was able to fix the pipe without any of that nonsense. He also found a difficult to replace faucet for our very old bathroom sink. (I don't want to admit to what we were living with from previous plumbers' handywork.)
