We will follow along the Creativebug website to learn a variety of embroidery stitches. Learn how to choose and work with thread, thread your needle for embroidery, set up your hoop, use various stitches including the running stitch, filled running stitch, double filled running stitch, backstitch, couching, backstitch, feather stitch, satin stitch, blanket stitch, chain stitch, lazy daisy stitch, algerian eye, french knot, bullion knot, coral stitch, and spider web knot and tie off your threads and finishing. July 10, 2022; Macrame Wall Hanging, 2-5pm. This is a beginner macrame class where everyone will learn the basic macrame knots and make their wall hanging. The pattern the class will be working from is versatile enough that students can add or take away elements to create their own one of a kind piece.
