*Sunday Childcare Position Available* Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church on the Northside seeks someone to provide Sunday morning childcare year-round from 10:00 to 11:45. From September through May, care would be provided in our nursery for children aged 18 months to five years. We generally have anywhere from one to six children in the nursery. From June through August, childcare might also include some older children up to age twelve. Activities might include crafts, videos, and games. We attempt to have a volunteer sign up to assist each week. Occasionally throughout the year, we need the childcare provider to stay longer to offer childcare during meetings, which again might include older children up to age twelve. Childcare is not needed on Sundays when we have intergenerational services, which generally happen five to six times throughout the year. We are looking for someone who has experience with children and is very reliable. Clearances are required. Pay is $26/week plus additional pay when additional time is required.
