Greetings all. Following up on Sherry's mail below, we have seven fabulous porches (including ours) for the inaugural Highland Park porch crawl. It would be great to pick up a few more. *Would you consider hosting?* It's a breeze (pun intended :-) just hang out on your porch from 6-9pm on Saturday August 12 and meet your neighbors as they come by. You can feel free to serve munchies and beverages, but don't feel obligated. We're going to make some antipasti based on ideas we picked up from our vacation in Ticino Switzerland and Piemonte Italy (I'm actually in Alba now while I type this). And as a way to say thanks to our porch hosts, we've arranged for some nice discounts at a variety of Bryant Street merchants.
