Some of you undoubtedly know that the resident at 5824 Jackson St. recently died. The body was removed from the house last Sunday. He had been there quite a while. The property has been secured and condemned. The problem now is that the house is apparently still filled with garbage, and the rats are having a party in there. Various neighbors have contacted 311, the police, building inspection, animal control, and Deb Gross' Office. My understanding is that the garbage is still in there. Is there any was to expedite the removal of the garbage and the placement of rat traps inside the house? HPCC please help!
