Dear neighbors, My son and fiancée are moving from Massachusetts to Pittsburgh in June. Her four children are currently in the Hadley Waldorf school, and she plans to enroll the children in the local Waldorf School on S. Winebiddle. They seem intent on living within walking distance of the school, but that may not be possible with rentals and current house prices in Friendship. Are there children in Highland Park who attend this school presently? Could you let me know how you like the school, what bus arrangements exist for getting children to school from this area, and what else you think we should be aware of that isn't necessarily on the school website? I toured the school this week with them and was reasonably impressed overall. Thank you in advance - your comments may have a great deal of influence on their home-buying or rental. P.S.
